Marine and Civil is a rapidly expanding organisation specialising in the delivery of Marine and related infrastructure. The recent Project Management workshop undertaken by Keith gave the participants (consisting of our Project Management, Engineering and Supervisory staff) an opportunity to review our current project delivery methods in addition to some new ideas outlined in the workshop manual.
