This is a comprehensive hands-on course which develops practical and innovative approaches to managing people, including managing projects and continuous improvement and compliance.
The Diploma of Management provides you with comprehensive knowledge and skills in the basic management processes. Once completed your career path will include supervisory and middle management roles in either large or small organisations. You may already have technical qualifications but need additional management skills to advance your career. Alternatively, the qualification provides a potential to continue your studies at an Australian university, e.g. Curtin or Edith Cowan.
